Q: Are they genuine?

Seagull movement is produced by Tianjin Seagull Watch Co., Ltd., the largest and most prestigious movement manufacturer in China with a history of 60 years. Q: Can the watch be inspected in specialty stores?

 

1. Speciality stores are merely in charge of sales instead of inspection service. You are recommended to inspect the watch in the brand service center with the warranty card.

 

2. There is no knockoff watch in the market that can pass the brand inspection. What is fake can never be genuine, and vice versa. The movement enjoys a two-year warranty.

 

Special instructions: the watch case, watch buckle, watch strap, mirror surface, issue of fading or being filled with water, etc. may void the warranty. Please be aware that it is the industry practice that merely the movement will be covered by the warranty.

 

 

Even if they aren’t covered by the warranty, we will try our best to help you. For example, in the event of the replacement of mere parts, only the cost of the parts will be charged.

 

After-sales Process (how to request after-sales service)

Customers are required to get in touch with our customer service staff first and keep them informed of the problem, then, they will be offered the address for after-sales service upon communication and confirmation.

 

The aftermarket parts will be checked first after they are received. Those that are badly damaged will be returned to the depot.

 

Merely the movement of a watch is covered by a two-year warranty.

 

The watch case, watch buckle, watch strap, mirror surface, issue of fading or being filled with water, etc. may void the warranty. In the event of the replacement of mere parts, only the cost of the parts will be charged.

 

After it has been repaired, its performance will be under the overall inspection of the after-sales team. If it has been confirmed that there is no further problem, it will be returned to the customer.

 

The customer and YiChen each shall bear half of the after-sales freight.

 

Q: How long will it take to deal with after-sales problems?

 

It will take about 10 days to deal with minor problems (the watch needn’t be returned to the depot)

 

It will take about 10-60 days if the watch needs to be returned to the depot, depending on the quantity of after-sales problems the manufacturer needs to deal with and whether the accessories are complete at that time.

 

We will manage to deal with minor problems ourselves as far as possible so as to provide better service for our customers.
